On May 23rd, 1939: New York’s sixth Archbishop, Francis Spellman, was installed at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.

BORN ON THIS DAY: KAREN DUFFY “DUFF”

On May 23rd, 1962: MTV Video Jockey, model and actress Karen Duffy, aka Duff, was born.  She modeled and worked for MTV throughout the early 90’s and appeared in a number of television shows and films such as House of Tiny Terrors. Happy 51st birthday Duff!
