STICKY FINGAZ

On November 3, 1973: Rapper-actor Sticky Fingaz (Kirk Jones) was born in Brooklyn. Jones is a member of rap group Onyx and is also known for his roles on FX’s 2005 drama Over There, Spike’s Blade: The Series, and The Shield. 

GOOD GOLLY MISS MOLLY (BROWN)

On November 3, 1960: The Unsinkable Molly Brown, a musical about the Titanic survivor Margaret Brown, premiered at the Winter Garden Theater on Broadway. The musical was later adapted into the successful film in 1964 starring Debbie Reynolds.

 

MY HEART STOOD STILL

On November 3, 1927: Rodgers and Hart’s A Connecticut Yankee opened on Broadway at the Vanderbilt Theatre. The musical was based upon Mark Twain’s novel A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court.
