THE SHOW BOAT IS HERE

The original production was adapted into 1936 and 1951 films, saw many revivals, and has been extensively analyzed concerning its place in socio-political history.
On October 2, 1948: Designer Donna Karan was born in Forest Hills, Queens. Karan is the creator of the flourishing DKNY clothing label, which has become a part of the LVMH luxury good conglomerate. With many stores around the world, Karan’s label has become synonymous with New York style.
