MISS SAIGON COMES TO BROADWAY

On April 11, 1991: The musical, Miss Saigon made its debut at The Broadway Theatre. The musical went on to a 4,092 performance run and 11 Tony Award nominations, winning three.

On April 11, 1947: Actor, director and screenwriter, Peter Riegert was born in the Bronx. Some of Riegert’s best-known roles are as “Boon” in Animal House, Lt. Kellaway in The Mask, and “Ronald Zellman” in the HBO original series The Sopranos.
