DAVID KRUMHOLTZ

On May 15, 1978: Actor David Krumholtz was born in Queens. An actor and writer for the television show Numb3rs, Krumholtz is also recognized for his roles in The 10 Things I Hate About You and This Is The End. He also appeared alongside Marisa Tomei and Alan Arkin in the cult classic film, Slums of Beverly Hills.

INTRODUCING AIR MAIL

On May 15, 1918: The first scheduled US Airmail Service was established by the US Postal Service with an inaugural flight from Washington, DC to Philadelphia, and then on to New York City. The price of authorized airmail postage was 24 cents.
