SWEET BIRD OF YOUTH

On March 10, 1959: Tennesse Williams’ Sweet Bird of Youth premiered on Broadway. It starred Paul Newman and Geraldine Page, who took home the Tony for Best Actress. They both also starred in the 1962 film adaptation, a clip of which is below.

On March 10, 1975: The stage production of Rocky Horror Picture Show debuted on the Great White Way. The run only lasted three previews and 45 showings.
